No. We do not take your property on lease, and we never own or operate the property. Amiraj Collective is a revenue management partner — we provide strategy, distribution, and pricing expertise while you retain full operational control of your property and staff.
How do you charge for your services?

We work on a revenue-share model — typically 12–15% of gross room revenue. There are no upfront fees. We earn only when your property earns. We also offer a base fee + performance incentive model, depending on what fits your property best. Your free audit will include a model recommendation.
Do owners keep full control of operations?

Absolutely. Your staff, your operations, your property identity — all entirely under your control. We only manage the revenue and distribution side: pricing, OTA listings, booking strategy, and performance reporting. You run the property; we maximise what it earns.
